Hello everyone, I'm a 30yr old man and a proud new father. What I will write mostly about on here will be on Martial Arts or the sport of MMA(Mixed-Martial Arts). I'm a certified instructor in JDK (Jeet Kune Do) and Kali Salat. Since age 6 I've also studied Karate,Tae Kwan Do,Judo, Wing Chun,Kickboxing, and Kung Fu.
